These speakers really sound great! I installed them on my wakeboard tower and they are clear, loud, and actually have a lot of bass for a 6 1/2” speaker. I initially hooked them up directly to my deck, and they sounded ok, not much low end. But they really came alive when I connected them to a cheap Pyle amp. I can’t believe the sound! The amp I bought was a $78 Pyle 1000 watt 4 channel. They are actually getting probably 100 watts each, but they work. ... show more

The sound quality was great for the 2 weeks that the speakers worked. 1 speaker failed completely. Called Rockville customer service and got a recording, “due to high email volumes we have turned off our phones.” REALLY?!!!! Won’t ever buy a Rockville product again!

Since I ran an amp with the new stereo I installed, I was expecting a little higher sound quality than what they delivered. Got them quick and they are as advertised. Very nice and built well. Mounting was quick and easy, came with tools to mount and has about ten foot of insulated speaker wire per speaker for connection to your stereo.
