I’ve used these types of resurfacing facial pads for many years. Recently my complexion is starting to get somewhat drier than normal so I looked for ones that are effective and gentle but provide great results. I found that with these pads. One side is smooth to distribute the cleansing solution and the other is textured to lift away the impurities in your skin. And oh boy they get stuff out of my pores that I didn’t know I had trapped in there. I was shocked that after using them daily for about 5 weeks that I can see pores I didn’t know was there! I really like these. I’m not much of a facial products woman because I’m just too tired in the evening to do it. These, with cleanser in them, being exfoliating pads as well, they are awesome. They are quick and easy to use. They are thick and that’s nice. They have tons of cleaner in them. They smell great too. That’s a big thing to me as well. I bought these on a whim in December when I ran out of my normal cleanser not expecting much. After 3 months I can safely say I’m amazed. This is one of my favorite skincare products and I’ve used everywhere from high end, prescription and drugstore. I’m 37 and have the start of wrinkles on my forehead. I usually get botox twice a year, normally I would feel the need to get botox again by this point but these really do smooth my fine lines. I’m not exaggerating when I say they give you an instant facelift. After 3 months I have less discoloration and my face feels fresh. I 100% recommend these. This is a review of RoC Daily Resurfacing Disks, There are multiple items under this listing. These round premoistened pads have a slightly rough surface on one side and a soft one on the other side. They are large and quite thick. They lather well but they have a strong floral scent which kind of bothers me. I don't like strong scents (especially florals) near my face. The scent is gone when the later is rinsed off though. These clean my face of dirt, oil, and make up. I don't use them to remove eye makeup because the cleanser could burn if they got into my eyes. I usually remove eye makeup with either a towelette or a cold cream type of preparation before using these pads. I have a lot of different facial cleansers and I switch all the time depending on my skin's needs and my whims. I use these for exfoliation and also because RoC really is a very good brand for aging skin. One of the best drugstore brands out there. I also like Aveeno Active Naturals Positively Radiant Cleansing Pads a lot and they are similar to these so I switch between them. My face is dry and these pads don't make my skin drier but they also don't hydrate my skin. They leave my face really clean and ready for my serums and creams. If the scent were less strong or if they had an unscented version, I would use these more often. That is really the only con to these pads. Oh, and If you don't have a lot of makeup to wash off, cut these big pads in half. A half will do the job and save you money! ... show more

    • 3 Days Of Use - Wow (50 y/o)
I am a 50-year-old Caucasian female. My skin type is fair to medium. I generally have pretty good skin although sun damaged from living in So. California. I have some forehead wrinkles but not severe. Very fine eye lines. Over the past few years my face skin has gotten very dry, especially around the cheek area near my nose. Over the past year I developed a strange rash across my upper cheeks, and across the bridge of my nose. It is similar to a butterfly rash or Lupus rash. It also resembles rosacea. It is dry and has flaky patches. I have tried numerous creams and soaps to get rid of it, to no avail. (should see a dermatologist) I have even tried rosacea creams as well as creams for eczema and still nothing has made any difference. I was about to just give up. I took a chance and ordered this product. Oh My God! I have used it three times now, at night at the end of the day. First Night: I cut them in half as suggested by many other reviews and it is definitely enough to use on your entire face and neck,. It smells very nice and is not overpowering. It smells clean. I used the rough side first going over my entire face, including my eyelids! After about 3 minutes I notice a tingling sensation, which makes me uncomfortable because I'm afraid it is too harsh. After about another minute using the smooth side I rinse my face with warm water then pat dry with a bath towel. Then, in about 3 more minutes I can feel my face tighten up. The first time I was really scared because my skin is so dry anyway and I figured this was going to make it worse. After the first use, after about 30 minutes, I looked in the mirror expecting the worst and was really surprised. The redness and rash I have been fighting for at least a year now looked "calmer" than usual. I still wasn't convinced and went to bed. Second Night: Same routine, same tingling sensation, same skin tightening. Noticed NO drying so far. Redness and rash is definitely improved. Also, I NOTICED THE SKIN ON MY EYELIDS IS GETTING LIGHTER!!!!! Something I never expected! I assumed my eyelids were just stained from so many years of wearing eyeshadow and I just accepted it. Third Night: Same routine, same tingling sensation, same skin tightening. NO DRYING! Redness and rash are almost GONE! HOLY COW!!!!!! My eyelids are almost the same color as the rest of my face! Never did I ever expect this!!! My skin feels crazy soft tonight to the point where I don't want to touch it. I pulled my hair back because I don't want anything to touch it and ruin this great feeling! My face has NEVER felt this clean, not even with dermabrasion and skin vacuuming treatments. I'm absolutely shocked that my face has not gotten dry. I haven't even used any creams and the dry patchy red spots are darn near gone. What the heck is in this stuff???? I am SOLD, after just three uses in three days. I'll come back in a week or two and do an update but for now I will be buy this over and over again. I wish I had found it sooner as it would have saved me a ton of time and money and research trying to fix my face skin problems. I don't know what the heck is in this but it is working for me!!!! Apparently it is cheaper buying from your local stores, but I like the convenience of Amazon so will order again from here. ... show more

I love love love these! They are super soapy and soft! One side is exfoliating. They are very convenient. I use one on my face and there is so much soap and life left in that 1 pad that I am able to use it on my upper chest, hands and elbows with what is left over!
