The vacuum and mop combo is amazing—fur, dust, and even little messes are gone in no time. My floors have never been this clean with so little effort on my part. The suction is crazy powerful—4500Pa makes sure it picks up every last bit of hair and debris, and the design is super pet-friendly, so no tangles. Setting it up was super easy, too. The app is really intuitive, and syncing it with my voice assistant was a breeze. Now, I just tell it when and where to clean, and it does the rest! I use it upstairs all the time and love that I don’t have to worry about it falling down the stairs. The obstacle avoidance system is so smart—it knows where to stop and cleans around furniture, toys, and my cat’s little napping spots without any issues. And the customer service? Absolutely fantastic! I had a few questions when I first got it, and they were quick and super helpful. The vacuum/Mop version is really great. It is easy to put together, the battery lasted 1hr 20min. The water tank lasted as long as the battery. Cleaning the Mop pad was as simple as cleaning a rag in your sink. The floor looks great afterwards, even picked up some maple leaves and medium sized pebbles.     • Good Value for a Robot Vacuum
I own another robot vacuum by the same brand that I was pleased with, so I was excited to try this upgraded mop vacuum. The vacuum seems much more powerful than the previous model I had. It's a bit louder, but more powerful. We have birds in a large bird cage and underneath the cage it gets covered with feathers and bird food daily and this vacuum is awesome at cleaning up all the bird debris. As far as the mopping function, I think it works well for small areas. My entire first floor of the house is laminate flooring with many area rugs. I've used the mopping function for smaller areas, like the smaller kitchen nook eating area in front of the slider coming in from the backyard that gets a lot of traffic and it gives the floor a nice cleaning. I have to manually mop the rest of my downstairs because it is too large and I would have to empty and refill the robot vacuum too often and I would have to remove all my area rugs, but I think if you have a small area, or are just looking for something to mop high-traffic areas, this would be a great fit. ... show more

This vacuum/mop robot is Awesome! It is great for carpets and bare floors. You can use the app or remote control. This model also shows the battery level. You can schedule cleanings which is a plus! It has a tank that is well-sized for mopping solutions. This suction can be adjusted and works well when vacuuming and mopping. The mop head can be washed and reused. It is not noisy at all.
