Description

ROBERTS 7250 1-gal. Cork Underlayment Adhesive is designed to adhere unfinished cork underlayment to plywood of underlayment quality and concrete above, on or below grade. This cork adhesive is solvent free, non-flammable and generates low VOC. This latex-based cork adhesive provides a strong initial grab and good tack to make installation easier.

    • Low VOC adhesive
I used it as cork underlayment adhesive as base for floating engineered hardwood in children's bedrooms. Best attribute of this adhesive is that it is low VOC; I barely smell anything as I used it. Negative attribute is that it takes several days to fully cure and since I used cork in roll so I needed to put weights on the ends of each cut to keep it down until cured. Also description said that I'll need 1 gal for up to 190 sqft. Maybe this is so for concrete floor, but for wood OSB subfloor I needed 3 times as much. ... show more

Used this to adhere my Coretec Pro Plus flooring to my 1x8 indoor stairs. I used this product for the planks and used Liquid Nails for the nose caps. Arrived on 5-9-23 as shown, leaked all over inside package, no damage on outside of package. Fortunately, the other items inside were separately packaged. Tried to return but upon submitting a return to have UPS pick it up next day it stated if not returned by 5-9-23 I would have to pay for the replacement which was impossible for it to be returned the same day since UPS had just dropped it off and wouldn't be back until the next day. So, with no choice, I am keeping the product as is with a less than full bucket. Haven't used product yet to give rating on the product itself. Used it to glue down the Floor and Decor luxury vinyl laminate that has cork underlayment. Even it it says it does not need it I needed a good bond on some areas that were not perfectly flat due to small holes. After a few months it is still working fine.
