  • Very well organised and great tips about roasting
I really liked the book. Refreshing, after reading so many books and not having the information i looked for, was awesome. Gives you tips and details that can simplify a lot your life when we are talking about roasting.

  • Introduction to roasting
This book is a somewhat broad introduction to the coffee roasting process. Concise and succinct it checks all the boxes for someone just getting into roasting their own beans.

  • not at all what I expected
The title, “How to roast green coffee like a pro”, is not indicative of the content of this book. It has no information about how to roast coffee it just describes the various methods (drum, fluid bed, air pop) used to roast and talks about different origins of coffee.

  • Kinda Useful... Sorta
Pros: 1. Super fast read 2. Good, concise overview Cons 1. Had to download it every time I wanted to read another section. Issue with the kindle store, or something. 2. No depth of information 3. Wasn't anything I hadn't already read on a dozen websites

  • A good orientation on roasting your own coffee
It is a good book if you're thinking should I roast my own coffee? How does it work in general? Can I do it myself and how? Is it something for me? And when the reader's answers are positive he/she can get more literature to dive deeper into roasting your own coffee! Thanks to the author.
