This powder is pretty good except I would say it's made for only pale people. I don't know if I would recommend this for darker skin. The main reason being because this powder sits on top of the skin not like other setting powders where the somewhat melt into your skin as though they are absorbing the foundation. Because this is made of silica mainly it's more like a powdery layer you just put on. If you want something that doesn't feel like anything this might not be the product for you. It works for me but I would go with the tinted powder from RMS instead next time. That one absorbs in the skin a bit more as a setting powder for me. ... show more

I read a lot of great reviews about this product. I like it, but if you apply too much, you turn into a ghost. You have to be very subtle w/ the application.

    • Safe and super effective at mattifying
I love this powder for controlling shine and dewiness. My foundation on its own has a finish that is just a bit more dewy and satin than I prefer, but when set with this powder it is perfect. The powder melts into the makeup and leaves no trace, but sets, mattifies and controls shine for hours. This powder also has an EWG score of only 2, making it very safe, which I like also. ... show more

    • Not sure what this is for, did not work for me
I got this to put on for oil build up during the day at work. And it's pricey, and did not work for me. I have combination skin, that desperately needs oil control during the day. This did not work for me.

This has to be the most finely milled powder I have ever used. I have oily skin with enlarged pores, and after I use Un Cover and this powder look airbrushed. One jar lasts a long time. Use the puff, not as brush. My only complaint is you have to hold your breath while you pat it on. It is so fine you will really in inhale some dust if you don't, which can't possibly be good for you. Worth it for me because I love this stuff. ... show more
