    • Easy repair to save you some $$
There are good tutorials on YouTube to help with fixing your saw. The motor assembly is easy to remove on the RM871 models. You don't even need to remove the motor from the saw, just remove the housing and pull out the brushes and it pulls right out. Use a bearing puller to remove the rear bearing that is seized. To add the new bearing heat it up in some boiling water or some oil to expand it so that it fits on the motor shaft. ... show more
