Better case than the original ROG Ally made by Asus case that I also purchased and did not like. Unlike the Asus case, this one is a harder case that would offer more protection to the device. The case is also compact so it is easier to fit in backpack.

I’ve had the Ally since its release date. Since then I have been looking for something strong but slim. Something cheap but quality. This checks those boxes, for me. It will definitely protect the Ally within reasonable use. I personally wouldn’t put any faith in the wrist strap though.
