Good product. It's not as easy to assemble. It took me 2 hours to assemble even with the help of my son. After it's completed, the product itself looks good and perfect for 1 person. But it needs at least 2 persons, three is better to raise it up the tree.

    • Stood up by myself.
I was able to assemble and stand this up by myself. It's sturdy and I feel safe in it. It would've been nice if the straps were a little more heavy duty. Only one out of the 4 were ratchet straps. I just bought a nice set of ratchet straps. That's my only petty complaint.

I have 3 Rivers Edge ladder stands, absolutely the best value for the money! 17’ & 21’, sturdy, well built, easy to assemble! My My it does not get any better than that!!, oh yea best customer support by far! Need parts for your stand from 5-10 years go? Squirrels ate up seat & arm rests? They have the replacement parts! Most in stock, my oldest stand had the older padded seat, & it was left out for a couple of years, called CS & they had the seat & pads in stock & very reasonably priced! This is a great company, do not hesitate to call if you have any issues! It a great Wisconsin Company! Wisconsin where Whitetail deer hunting is best by far& other states are envious!! ... show more

    • Good stand for the price
I really like this stand! Only knocked off a couple of stars because the seat could be a bit longer. Forces you to sit very straight up position. The door rest really does help though.

    • TO HEAVY
you need 3 guys to help you set it up. They never tell you that part before you buy it. If you hunt on public land it becomes harder to chain it to the tree, and take down after use.
