This is exactly what I was looking for, after going through many disappointing garments that weren’t quite right. This is affordable, breathable, stretchy, and a good fit. It covers all the bases, and looks damn good for 1/3 of the price of other name brands. The pockets are a nice addition, and the sleeves are long enough to make the thumb holes fit perfectly. I don’t understand people complaining about the fit. It protects your skin from the sun! That’s why the sleeves are long, right?! My one and only complaint is minor, and it’s that the inside of the fabric is white, and the inside of the hood clashes with the beautiful pattern on the outside. This hoodie is the best. Period. I probably own 5. I have gifted as many. W 65 yrs of fishing and water time I know the sun is dangerous. I compared this to Sunbrella items, Patagonia , Columbia and a few others. I live in St Pete Florida and Key West. This is a necessity and an incredible value. Using an infrared temperature gun it was the same as Paragonia and a few degrees cooler than others. But every degree counts. I get only gray so less dirt. Also no decision about what to wear. They are all light gray. The material is durable. The zipper pocket , kangaroo pouch and thumb holes make for convenience . Like all fishing clothes they can get dirty. Every few months put them all in a big bucket with plenty of oxy clean and lux liquid outside in the sun for a week. Come out looking new. I wear these constantly whether traveling abroad or just doing anything . When sleeping on boat a clean one is perfect. I can’t say enough good things. ... show more

I had just purchased an Aventik fly rod and reel and was looking at their products on Amazon. I saw this and got it for about $13 with the coupon. It fits great, looks good and is perfect for fishing in a boat all day without a canopy. It was so good that I immediately ordered another one. You need to be careful of the price, I looked again today and one color is $10, one is $16 and others are $20. For me, I don't really care much about the color and I got the gray camo one both times. If the other one had been on sale for $10 I'd have grabbed it as well. This is a quality product and I got mine larger than I normally would so it can fit over a shirt or tshirt. Well made, nice to have a zip pouch where you can put your hands if needed. A hood is always good when it's windy and/or cold. I'm buying another color because it's worth it for the price.

I picked this up for a trip to Belize. Fits what I would call "normal". I'm 5'11" 175 and this fit really well. Could squeeze a t shirt under it if I needed to without looking silly but also not too big on its own. The green camo is maybe slightly darker than the photo appears but relatively true to color. Looked nice. I ended up wearing it almost every day whether boating to scuba dive, fishing, kayaking, or hiking to Mayan ruins in the jungle. Temps ranged low 70s to 90s F. This was perfect. It protected me from the sun, dried quickly, and very very usefully it has pockets, while most competing products do not. Fit well. Didn't wear out during the trip and I was wearing it nearly constantly. My cotton shirts were getting soaked. This would dry out during the boat ride back to our accommodation. I highly recommend this product or something like it for warm weather environments where breathability and sun protection are useful. ... show more
