I ordered 6 of these pianos for a school and one didn't work ever (whether plugged in or using batteries). Unfortunately as it's a different vendor, you have to wait for a reply and shipping is a bit slow. I ended up ordering another piano so I could get it to school in time for the following week's class. A couple of days later, the vendor said I could return it for a credit (not a refund). I had already laid out money for another piano and when I responded and explaining the situation and asking if units are tested for quality control/to be sure they work, I was told "no one tests the units it would be used then". A few days later I received another message (I believe it was an auto-reply) asking me if I could review this product. I'm not sure they want my honest review but here it is. I highly recommend if you're looking for a roll-up piano, you try a different one and stay away from this product. ... show more
