I purchased a different brand scooter before this one, off Amazon and after I assembled it, discovered the back axle bent. So, I ordered this scooter and recieved it 1 day early, which really helped, and so far I am very happy with my purchase. This thing is a Life Saver! I had Hammertoe Surgery 3 days ago and it’s been a blessing. No pressure on my foot at all. The only complaint is the knee saddle. It will rub your leg raw and can dig into it. I folded and put a towel on it and it resolved the issue: would have been 5 start if the saddle was more comfortable. I have to use this thing for 4 to 6 weeks. I bought the all terrain because I have a small farm and need to feed my animals some days. It’s not the best in the dirt but it’s managed. Sometimes I have to lift a little weight off the front tire to get through it but manageable and I haven’t fallen yet! ( well not yet ) The little basket is very helpful also! I do wish it had front breaks, that would help going down my one 8 inch step but I manage! the emergency break feature is nice and helps when you are getting up or down! ... show more

Seems to be good, directions for set up are very easy and I was able to do it my self with a bad ankle. Turning is a bit tight but it’s very light so easy to pick up a little and turn. Doesn’t seem like it will tip over. Tires are solid, do not require air like some of the older reviews. Only issue I have is the basket is wobbly and isn’t really secure so I won’t be using it for much but other then that I’m happy with the purchase so far. ... show more

Practice it before you need it to get used to it. Here are some tips: keep your weight on the knee cushion. Don’t lean on the handle bars. Stand up like you are on two legs. If you lean on the handle bars, you are more likely to fall. If you think you can go fast without slowing down for a bump, rock or floor to carpet, you deserve to fall. Be careful and use common sense. Folding this thing up is so hard that I haven’t ever done it. Know that when you first assemble it, you might need to adjust the brakes. You might need to research how to do that if you don’t know how. It looked good, is sturdy, rolls well on hard floors and driveways or parking lots. I was able to roll over a burber carpet. I tried it in the grass for curiosity. It works if you put your weight on your good leg and lift and roll the scooter with little weight on it. Scooter is very light and maneuverable. ... show more

We bought this scooter for my husband as he is recovering from an Achilles injury. I'll start with the good: the frame and seat are sturdy and comfortable. The height is easily adjustable and it folds and stows for travel quite easily. The inflatable tires make for a smooth ride and softens many of the bumps. However, after only three days of use, one of the tires went flat, and after re-inflating, it would be flat again after two hours. We contacted the seller to get a replacement wheel, and they were out of stock. We had to order an aftermarket wheel from Amazon (if you need one, it's an 8-inch wheel with a 10mm bearing. There are many with 8mm bearings, but they will not fit). The seller was good enough to provide us a partial refund in the amount of what we spent for the wheel. The other downside is the basket for the front. It is convenient for carrying items, but, it is constructed of cheap, flimsy plastic and after only one week, one of the attach points has ripped slightly causing the basket to sit lopsided. The basket still works, but is crooked now, and may only be a matter of time before it fails completely. This scooter is perfect. I love the extra long seat to accommodate a boot. It's easy to put together and it's very sturdy. The basket is essential. I had another one before this one and there is no comparison- this one is great. Don't hesitate to buy!
