    This product blends easily with a damp beauty sponge however, I took a star off because if you use a brush to blend it, it wipes off your foundation. :( It also leaves the skin feeling a little tacky unless powder is applied over top of it. With that being said, the product fits fair skin tones beautifully, lasts all day, and doesn't make your face appear dirty. The highlight color has a opalescent finish to it that is good for the cheekbones, cupid's bow, and even the collarbone. Down side is if you are trying to bring light to certain parts of your face, without the look of shimmer, it wouldn't be for you. I think it would be great to use as a beginner, but just be aware of the texture and finish of the colors. ... show more

    If you have porcelain skin, this contour and highlight may be good for your skin tone. If you have light to fair skin, you may want to go a shade darker. When I blended it out, it was barely noticeable. The highlighter wasn't the best.

    The contour is wonderful, smooth and pigmented. The highlighter is great, if you don't put on foundation. Once you put on foundation, the highlighter takes SO many swipes to even show up. Sometimes it even takes the foundation off if you swipe too many times. The 4 stars is for the contour, not so much the highlighter. ... show more

    the contour side of the stick is a great formula its creamy but doesn't lose pigment however i found that the concealer side of mine is more of a high lighter it is not thick and doesn't cover up anything but it is shimmery and pretty so i use it for highlight now.
