So our contractor proceeded with install today. When complete he couldn't get rid of Error code 11. The machine was working the gas was working. Here's the thing . On their help line. OUR CONTRACTOR WAS ON THE PHONE WITH RHEEM FOR 39 MINUTES! THEY SAID IT WOULD BE ANOTHER 60 MINUTES FOR SUPPORT! THIS IS NOT SUPPORT. ... show more

Fired right up when hooked up to Lp and water. Cool design for outside mounting. Installing was interesting as the port for Lp says “GAS”…so I worried I received a natgas version. Was feed port for the Propane as ordered. I would still label these as Lp for Propane and Natgas for the other to avoid worry and confusion! Otherwise good so far ... show more

Not 1/2 compatible despite their claims. No error handling for out of propane situations. Only 140F, and must be turned on ahead of time. Wasteful design vents off unnecessary heat rather than reducing propane flow
