I just switched the sim card and was immediately connected to the T-Mobile network. There is not much bloatware on it and removed in no time. The phone looks like brand new, no damage or sign of a pre-owner usage. The screen is crisp and clear, the colors very good. Good buy.

I just got this phone. As part of set up, it directed me to enable permissions and now my phone settings are locked so I can't access much of it, and I cannot disable the admin apps that I was told by setup to enable. I gave the details to chat GPT and it says this is likely a demo phone of the kind used in stores as displays, and it should never have been sold. I have concerns and will return this and ask for a refund. It's incredibly unfortunate and frustrating as I don't have a functioning phone to use instead, and money is very tight so I can't be buying multiple phones all at once. ... show more

Okay, I won't say it's 100% indestructible but my 10-year-old daughter has his phone, we got it because I can put all the necessary locking stuff on it to keep the phone safe and it has a good GPS tracker so I can always know where she is as long as she has the phone. She has a whole bunch of her little kid apps on there she can watch YouTube on it the charging port is strong the phone itself looks good is strong reliable bigger than I expected and all around a decent product. ... show more
