Absolutely waterproof, great price and good color saturation. You'll need awaterproof make up remover bc it will stay put even under water. Looks natural if you apply VERY lightly. Apply so light that you think there's hardly anything on the applicator. It's better to put a very light shading down on first, let that dry, then build tiny hair strokes on top. If you use too much it'll look like mud. You can also apply to hair around face bw coloring, just use an old tooth brush to blend into hairline. The felt applicator is best when first used, it gets soft over time, but I still like it better than a brush. You can also use a brow brush to help blend out the color if you accidentally apply too much. The little spoolie is also handy, it's small but works well for brows and with this formula. The formula also holds my unruly brows in place, no need for extra brow gel and doesn't feel crunchy! I only wish the warm brown was more red, I have vibrant red hair and warm brown is better than most auburn brow colors which always look muddy, still it's not as bright red as I'd like. Sometimes I add red eyeliner pen on top for hair stokes to add more red. The Revoln formula even helps otherwise non-waterproof eyeliner pens stay put. If you're looking to replace Urban Decay brow ink (was discontinued) this is even better IMO and way better price. Hope Revlon doesn't discontinued it!!! ... show more

So, I actually have half eyebrows, and they're pretty thin. I hate having to draw them on every day, and pencil doesn't even seem to last all day. So I spotted this "semi-permanent" line of ideas and tried a couple. This is my keeper. I don't want dark or dramatic brows any more. Half the time I don't even add anything to this look. And an easy touch up when I'm going to be among people who matter. The blonde works well for my darker brown but silvery hair. Not dramatic, just THERE. I suppose it can be more dramatic if that's your thing. (The pics are just to show my half-brows and the ink color on; I didn't get fancy.) ... show more

I’ve been using this product for almost three years now. I use it for both my eyebrows and fake freckles. When I tell you this stuff does not come off, I mean it. Firstly for both it looks so natural, it dries down really well and not too quickly or slowly. You have enough time to work with and manipulate the product before it sets, and once it sets, it is staying on. I’ve worn this on boats, to tailgates, to clubs, etc… all in south Florida. It has never failed me and I will not shut up about it. Unless I use oil based face wash or remover, the product can last up to two to three days without budging. Continually praying tiktok doesn’t find it bc I can’t live without it. If you were thinking about buying it, please do. I’m a dirty blonde and I get the blonde shade. I've used powdered eyebrow color, applied with a brush, for years. In the summertime when my face sweated as I worked outdoors, my eyebrows washed away. This product stays in place a whole lot better. It's not quite as easy for me to apply, but I'm grateful to have eyebrows, even on hot days!

This stuff does not budge, its beyond waterproof! It dries a little stiff. I needed baby oil to get it off. I wish the delivery system was different, all it needs is a small spoolie. There's not a lot of product, but for the price it's fine

This is difficult to use. The brush is pointed, but bends so much that I cannot get the fine lines I can get with a pencil. Do not believe the description. This may work better for those who do not have much brow hair, but it is awful for those who want to fill in space between hair. I did find the product is durable. ... show more

This brow color lasts for days even weeks with minor touch ups. I am active in heat and this product stays put! I had horrible eyebrows as I aged and I shaved them off and use this exclusively now. Get compliments on my brows now and since the liquid dries quickly and stays in place, I am not redrawing brows every day. Make sure to read "semi-permanent" and understand it fully. Do you know that most hair stylists use semi-permanent hair color on your hair unless it's bleach? Think about that. Lol. So I ordered these, thinking, I'm tired of doing my eyebrows everyday, if I could go 2 or 3 days without doing them, great! So, I begin to apply, (lightly) and so far I'm liking what I am seeing, however, it's thicker than I thought and starting to get firm. Hmmmmm. Ok, so I just thought that maybe this is what it's supposed to do. I continue to fill in and draw my eye brow. Went too high on the arch, so I need to wipe that off. I go to grab a q-tip, come back to the mirror, and try to wipe. Not coming off. Ok, so I get my makeup remover, put on q-tip and it's still not coming off. This is fantastic, not, I have to leave in 10 mins! So I am noticing that my eyebrows are stiff. Like not moving. So I have an eyebrow brush, grab it, start to softly brush to see what is going on, and these darn things are not budging. Now I am in a panic mode. So I grab my makeup remover to just take these off and use my regular brow pencil and they do not come off easy. They took at least 50 percent of what eyebrows I had left. Now I'm back to doing my eyebrows everyday and hoping that the serum I had to buy will help them grow back. I definitely would not recommend to beginners of doing eyebrows!! Even seasoned eyebrow stylists, do not have children around you, sneeze or stand in a windy place.
