I have been loving this product even before this purchased. One arrived in good condition however the lid of the other container wasn’t tightly closed. It was almost open actually which is quite strange. There were white spots on top of the balm.

I’ve tried so many different balms including the most expensive ones on the market and when I heard about this one and tried it I was hooked immediately. Please know that the consistency of it is different from other products on the market. This balm will “linger “ on your skin more so than sink in. It kinda coats the skin and keeps moisture in. To me it feels super luxurious and spa like. It actually works almost immediately—- something that I’ve never experienced. The smell is a bit lemony (I would prefer more honey ) but it works super well. Also, I use it under my aging eyes and dry patches of skin anywhere. After one night the skin seems more plump and definitely without any dryness. This company has other cult like products- so I just ordered the most known ones to see if those formulas work as well as this balm. Please know that this is not some stick gloss or chapstick. My son is on accurate and this is the best lip balm I could have gotten for him. His lips were dry and cracking and Aquaphor wasn't really helping. I've bought this over 6 times in the last year and with consistent use it helped to keep the scabbing away.

Put this on every night as part of my bedtime ritual. It lasts so long, it takes me forever to get through that little pot. It doesn’t smell too much for bedtime. I have tried so many things for chapped/cracked lips and living in a cold climate winter can just be unbearable. I got this balm and immediately saw/felt a difference.
