The flavor and scent are both sweet and fruity, but they’re so subtle that it took me days of using it to realize that it was the lip balm that smelled like strawberry. I don’t like strawberry, but the lip balm tones down the scent and taste so well that I like it anyway. Also, it is somewhat thick. I love thick lip balms, so this is perfect for me. The thickness is able to sit on my lips very well. The first time I used it, it completely removed the dead skin from my lips (mid winter lips, so not just any old dead skin, and also definitely not healthy, living skin). It had softened the dead skin so much that, when I rubbed my lips together, the dead skin came off with the friction. It works amazing for my very sensitive skin and lips, never causing any irritation. I eat chips a lot, which ruins my lips in the long term because of the salt on the chips. Sometimes, after eating chips, my lips will even sting. This lip balm is perfect, even when my lips are rubbed raw by salt. Even my favorite lip balms can’t compete. I was looking for something to replace my Duke Cannon lip balm after 2 years + of using and it ran out. I got a sample of PCA skin lip booster which I really liked but didn’t really last long and had to constantly reapply 😒. Now this product is similar to PCA as far as the feel but actually last longer and is a slightly thicker consistency. And the price is a lot better than $50 for PCA. ... show more

This stuff's consistency reminds me of this lipgloss my mother used to get back when she worked at MAC. Glossy and just a little sticky, but not in a bad way. I got this to help me stop biting my lips when bored at night, and so far it’s been working quite well. I am a texture oriented person and the smooth gloss is nice to feel on the lips but gross to put in your mouth, which is perfect for my uses. One thing I do have to say is that I don't like putting it on lips that aren't already exfoliated. Otherwise, the glide this causes makes every little bump and ridge feel like a mountain and I just want to wipe it off so I can bite the chapped skin. Exfoliate first, then put this on, and you can fully appreciate the smoothness. The tingle is also nice. I like eos’ sweet mint for that feeling tingle as well. ... show more

This is the absolute best stuff for my lips. I have used medicated chapsticks and other moisturizing lip stuff but nothing compares to this. I love this & it has helped my dry peeling lips back to normal moisturized lips. Thank you!!!
