    • Pedals are very hard to turn!

The media could not be loaded. Very nice bike with a few problems! Put the bike together but the peddles are very hard to turn! When peddling this bike, the peddles are very hard to turn and is making a clicking sound like there is something wrong with the bearings. Contacted retrospec the customer service representative told me to send a video which I did. The customer representative then tells me he could send out some new bearings that I could put in or take it to a bike shop for them to install at my cost! Do you folks at retrospec have any QC before these bikes are shipped out? I will be sending this bike back and will have to wait for a refund! Ruining my grand daughter’s birthday thank you very much! ... show more

Aesthetically pleasing. However, without the breaks touching the rear wheel, the wheel will not spin longer than 3-5 seconds. This will make it difficult for my child to pedal this bike.
