For the price of these bands I was not expecting too much. To my surprise and disbelief, these bands are way more than base bands. You might find bands costing 2,3, or 4 times as much, but they are not going to perform 2,3, or 4 times better! Highly recommend.

I bought this for tennis training. I'm 5'10". The Good: 2 sets of bands. The Bad: 1. Clasps on bands are small and low quality. 2. The belt loops to connect the bands are too close together... The bands rub against the middle of my rear. 3. The legs straps are good quality but they made the under-foot strap with padding. That seems like a good idea. But, because it is wider and thicker than others, it was uncomfortable. I tested 2 other vertical Jump Trainer kits (Innstar & Wowelife). Innstar is, by far, my favorite. ... show more

These bands are a decent quality. Comes with everything you need to get started. If you wanted, you could easily have a full body workout with these. However I found them most useful getting back into the workout flow after shoulder surgery. I used the bands more for rehab and light workouts
