These pads were a great replacement for the worn pads on my Beats solo 3 wireless. I personally don’t think the alcohol wipes included with the package are enough to clean all the remaining glue off of the headphones, but I was able to use some isopropyl alcohol and a razor blade to finish the job and the result was very good. I am very happy with the fit and finish and i’d say the sound isolation is improved with these pads if you’re looking for that. :) Also some people were confused, you definitely should try to remove 100% of the adhesive that’s left over for a proper stick and the pads won’t move with even a hard pull after that. ... show more

Works as advertised. My husbands headphones were tattered and shredded so I was going to buy a new pair when my kids suggested this product. I’m glad I did because it’s a lot less expensive than those! It’s rather tedious to scrape all the old adhesive off with the tool and it slips pretty easily so I gave myself a few punctures in the hand in the process. I also used goo gone on a qtip to ensure all the adhesive was gone before I installed these lil guys. It’s been a couple weeks and they still seem snug and the sound quality obviously sounds better, but it sounds the same as it did when I first got them. ... show more

I thought my beats were done for when the ear pads started coming off. I thought they were actually falling apart and even though they sounded perfectly fine, they looked awful. On prime day I was going to spring for a whole new pair when I got the idea to see if there was a store or something that could repair them. I found a YT video that showed how easy they were to replace so I bought these. I was happy they had the original color of my headphones so I was optimistic. At first, the install was great, I let them sit under slight pressure for 24 hours to make sure they stuck. I picked them up and the new pads rolled across the floor. I tried reinstalling two more time with new adhesive and all and they just wouldn’t stay on. Rather than returning them, I just used some e6000 glue and moved on with life.
