So my eyes would get scratchy and in the morning they’d be crusty. This thing opened up the ducts and let’s that drain, and the lubricant ducts inside the eyelid opened up so my eyes feel fantastic. I follow it with lubricating eye-drops. They don’t feel tired and stressed and when your eyes are tired YOU’RE tired, so it’s been great. I purchased when I was going through a series of migraines day in and day out. Now realizing a very painful reaction to a material I was using. I bought these not blindly but with little knowledge of the product or type of product I was getting in to. Am I happy with it? I guess so... They massage, they warm up, a little loud. For a simple device, there's a bit of a learning curve. The manual is not at all clear. It talks about absorbent cushions that go under the mist outlets, but I didn't see anything like that. There's a silicone cushion (named as such in the manual). Is that what they mean? I guess so. It doesn't leak at least. The silicone cushion came out and, for the life of me, I could not figure out how to put it back in. Does it go along the inside or the outside of the ridge? The manual was no help at all. Finally, I turned it upside down and saw that it's split. Okay. It goes along the inside *and* the outside of the ridge. That worked. The mask is not comfortable if the silicone cushion is out of place and light gets in. Once I got it right though it was comfortable and only a bit of light came through. There is a loud voice that announces each mode. While I appreciated knowing whether the unit was on or off and which mode it was set to (since you obviously can't look), it means I wouldn't want to use this in a place where other people were trying to relax. You can't feel the mist, at least I couldn't. Though I could feel the heat. But when I removed the unit, my eyes were wet. You can also see the mist come out of the unit. Filling it is hard. Maybe I misplaced it but I do not see a refillable bottle in the box. I did find the little brush (not sure what to do with that). It seemed that I only put in a drop before it overflowed. But I guess it was more because it lasted through several minutes of testing and there was still a bit of water to pour out at the end. I also tested the Bluetooth. My phone couldn't find it until I turned the unit on. Which of course meant misting my phone. But once it was paired, it turned on automatically as soon as I turned the unit on again. Honestly, I don't see the point. The sound is just coming out of the mask—there are no earpieces—and it's not any friendlier to others around you than simply using your phone. ... show more

Worked two days in a row, third day had to power on and off a few times to get it going then after that didn’t matter how many times it is cycled on and off the mist will not start.
