I love how it was easy to get started with this. I'm beginning with the 20 lbs. You can hook both handles together to do side pulls, as you see in my photo. You put the door plug, also in the photo, between the door and the frame, at the height you need and close the door and get started. I had a little hesitation after reading a few reviews, but I haven't had any problems as the bands are well made. You can feel the strength of them as you work out.
