Update: company has been fabulous with help and replacement is on its way. Thank you so very much!!! My mistake of buying this in July for Christmas present. It doesn’t charge it doesn’t move it doesn’t do anything, the tiny screws holding it together, half of them are rusted. The box arrived a bit damaged but everything looked ok inside when I checked it them. I should have taken it out to make sure it worked.
