I ordered this replacement remote after my Boys destroyed our original remote. I have no problem with the remote. Except once in a while it turns on while watching tv. This pointer goes Crazy. It opens up menus. I yell out Stop ! And…. It stops 🤷🏻♂️

This is the exact remote that goes to my tv, and it works the way it is supposed to, but I really wish it had a closed caption button and numbers. It is inconvenient that you have to go through a whole process to turn captions on or off, and you have to find channels and put them on your "favorites list" or else you will have to surf through all of the channels to get back to something you like since their are no numbers and you can't just select the exact channel number you wish to go to. It's inconvenient, but the remote itself is the same one that came with the TV I purchased, and it works exactly as it is meant to, so if you break your remote or lose it or something like that, it is nice to be able to get a new one on here that works exactly like the one that came with the TV. ... show more
