    • Just Like The Real Tractors
I have a friend, a farmer, who gives hay rides throughout the fall. I was out with my 4yo grandson when we drove by his place and I noted he was working on his tractor, so we stopped. (I rarely pass up an opportunity to get my hands dirty). It's a fairly new John Deere and he had it cleaned up and was just completing an oil change when we pulled up. While he and I were talking he noticed how wide eyed my grandson was looking at the tractor and he asked him if he wanted to go for a ride and my grandson was so, so, so excited to be able to take it out for a spin around the farm. He now tells everyone who will listen to him about how he got to "drive a real tractor". So fast forward a couple of weeks and this Uarzt Remote Control Tractor Toy appeared on the Amazon Vine feed and I knew I had to get it for him. When it arrived I was just home from picking up the kids at school and I could barely get it out of the shipping box because his excitement level was so high. He. Absolutely. Loves. It. What I Like: It looks realistic. The forest green exterior, the HUGE real rubber tires and red wheels combine to make a very nice, very appealing farm tractor. Lots of moving parts. Does more than just drive around. Kids can create all manner of activities with their imagination and the included accessories. (I also picked up some plastic farm animals for him to increase his farming activities and they upped the game significantly). Age appropriate for kids 3-8. The Uarzt Tractor doesn't move too fast. It does cover the ground 'quickly', but not too fast. It was slow enough that my grandson didn't have to chase it and could follow it around at a normal walking pace. It's rugged. There's nothing that looks cheap. Nice, solid construction with lots of attention to details. It moves forward and backward, turns left or right and you can combine those in reverse, although backing up with the trailer attached is a bit tricky, but it works well for things like a three point turn in a tight area. Long battery life. When it first arrived there was no way that my grandson was going to wait for a full charge before he could play with it so I just put some batteries in the remote and let him have at it. He played until it was almost dark and time for his bath and getting him ready for school the next day. After he fell asleep I snuck into his room and got it on the charger. He has played with it since the minute he got home, lights and all, and it was still going strong when he had to stop. I have no idea how long the battery will last, but so far, it was a long time. The remote has a pretty nice range, at least 100ft, and it still responds well to the commands of the remote. Also, the other kids got out their RC race cars and none of them interfered with the operation of the tractor. The included accessories increase the fun. The front end loader, the detachable trailer, the hay bales and the plastic animals I have added have been used in an untold number of ways by my grandson. I love watching him candidly and seeing how he gets creative with all the accessories and acting like a real farmer. Fast shipping, quality protective packaging and stated customer service made sure this tractor arrived in working order, much sooner than I expected. Overall, I could not be happier with this purchase. Seeing the smiles on my grandson's face and the level of excitement he shows while driving his tractor around just makes my day. ... show more

My Rating got a big boost from my kids. With my reviews I like to look at the product information, then once I receive the product, I determine my likes and dislikes about it, then I read the products information again. I was ready to give it a low star rating review. Then my son who is 12 and has been asking how to back a trailer. So, I had him drive this, and he has a better understanding of how to back a trailer. He also drove it around and figured out how to disconnect and reconnect the trailer using the kitchen mats. Then my daughter who is 5, spotted the cow, and the tractor. She quickly learned all the features, and how to control the tractor. My daughter felt the manual aspect of this added to the fun. It seemed to be a good balance of RC and manual play. Her dolls are now farmers too. I recently got her a drone and a rc crawler and she didn’t play with them more than 5 mins. This tractor on the other hand, she played with this for more than an hour. The tractor has a very large turning radius. The box shows this tractor picking up the big hay round, but the actual product can’t pick up the toy hay round that is included. I do not like the description where it says, “With 6 directions of movement,” it will be misleading to some. When I first read it, I skimmed it. But I read 6 channels, so everything except driving is manual was confusing. It’s an interesting way of saying you can go forward/backward and turn left/right. The main reason for the reduction to 4 stars is the process to recharge the battery. You have to unscrew the compartment to get the battery out to charge it, and it’s a little bit of a pain to get the battery to fit in. My daughter likes this so much I may rewire it. So, I can charge without removing it. ... show more

Style: Harvester
This tractor is really cute. I will be giving it to one of my nephews for Christmas this year. The toy arrived in a cute package and I am sure he will love it as soon as he sees it. The tractor seems to be made of a durable enough plastic (some are garbage). The controller feels ok in the hands as well. I think this will hold up to normal play without any issue. But I do not know how well it would do with a child who plays rough with their toys. I know that he will love the fact that it makes sounds and has lights and most importantly, he can control it remotely. It comes with its own rechargeable battery (thankfully) and the remote will need 2 AA's. This is a really cute toy. I think any kid would love it. ... show more

It's very nice to see the realistic scale detail to a toy tractor like this. It even comes with a handful of different accessories to complete the look. The metal hood, lights and the overall finish makes this look great and sure to make anyone that likes RC or farm equipment happy.

    • Nice remote-controlled tractor set for youngster, but not as heavy-duty as I expected
This is a fun play set for youngsters. Not only does it include the tractor and dump trailer combo, but also has some hay bales (including a hay roll), a cow and a sheep. The little bit older kids will like to drive it with the remote control. The tractor and trailer have metal body components - but also plastic components - with an overall good quality. The tires are (thin) rubber and do work great all-terrain due to pretty good treads. The “extras” (hay and animals) are hollow plastic (kind of cheap feeling). I know that kids who are into farms and tractors will love this set, but I am concerned that some of the plastic components will get broken - they are pretty lightweight rather than heavy-duty for kids rough play. But the price is a good value for what you get. ... show more
