I had a great experience with taking my impressions and sending in photos for review. The team was very responsive and gave detailed instructions on how to improve when taking the 2nd impression. Mailing was easy, but the hard part was waiting. My guards took about 2 months to arrive, but I expected that based on other reviews left here. I've been using the bottom guard for about 2 months now- I am a heavy grinder and had been used to the thick, squishy mouth guards from the dentist, so i was surprised with how thin these are. It's been working well for me and is very comfortable, but I do think I'll order the thicker option next time. ... show more

I've had this product for almost a full year now and it has completely eliminated pain from teeth grinding. It is hundreds of dollars cheaper than what you get from the dental office, and super easy to set up. I highly recommend. The only thing is even with regular cleaning, there is some slight discoloration. You can sign up to have new retainers sent every 6 months, but I chose not to. The discoloration doesn't affect its functionality. Also a tip: if you've had braces and now wear a clear retainer, I would opt to get two sets of the nightguards in the 2mm thickness for your BOTTOM teeth only. You only need one thick nightguard to protect your teeth, and you can wear your normal retainer on top. The nightguards not as tight of a fit as my regular retainers. I don't mind if my bottom teeth shift a little bit, but I want the teeth that show to stay straight! ... show more

So, I've had the $500-600 night guards from my dentist (I'm on the 2nd one) and while they have lasted a long time, they also require being heated up with hot water before inserting, they are quite bulky and tight fitting. I'm not a serious grinder - I'm just trying to protect a few crowns from a tendency to clench, just a little padding is all I need. But I wanted to try a lower night guard for a change, and another $500 for an experiment? No thank you! That's where Remi came in, at a price point where I could afford to risk trying something a little different to see if it worked. The package came quickly, the instructions were clear (definitely watch the video!). I had a bit of a struggle getting the mold to cover my back-most molars, but the photos I sent off were approved on the second try! I ordered both a top and bottom night guards to try out and they came promptly. The email communications were very good and clear (though expect a 1-day turnaround depending on when you send it, they don't seem to have 24/7 coverage). And as an added bonus, they provided some foaming cleaning solution (I did not try to use it as a whitening solution, but it's supposed to do that as well). What I like: they don't require pre-warming, they just pop right in. So much more likely I'll remember to wear it as there's no extra fuss. They are light and even with wearing them every night, they still are clean and fresh. And they're not super tight, but they stay put. What I'd do differently: I'd order the thickest one they have, especially since I was already accustomed to the dentist's chunky nightguard, and I think I could have ordered two of top (or two of bottom) rather than one of each. Now that I know which one I prefer, that'd be more cost effective as I chew through them... After 8+ months of daily wear I am starting to see a crack on one (not surprising as their website mentions considering replacements every 6 months). I'd also sign up for the Remi club so I could get replacements more cost effectively than one-off - again, now that I know what I like. I'm guessing that I could get 10-12 months out of one if I'd gone with the heavy version. Dental work is $$$. Protect your investment with night guards, and Remi is a great way to just get that done and learn about your preferences! ... show more

I needed a new nightguard without paying the price a dentist office would have charged. Remi was a great option. Doing the impressions was easy and sending them back in a prepaid box was great. Once the nightguards arrived they fit perfectly. While the one I originally got from my dentist lasted years and was of a slightly higher quality, Remi has been a great alternative and completely worth it. ... show more

More affordable alternative to expense mouth guards and works better than "make yourself" mouth guards I have purchased in the past. This night guard is identical to what my dentist offers, only this is merely a quarter of the price. PLUS you get two of them! It really is an amazing deal and I highly recommend. I was skeptical that it would hurt or be uncomfortable, but I don’t even know I have it in. My dentist recommended a night guard for my lower teeth, so after a lot of research, I chose Remi and they give you two for the price of one and you can choose if you want one for top and bottom, two for top or two for bottom. I got 2 for the bottom so I would have an extra. My dental hygienist told me to bring it with me to my cleanings and she would professionally clean it for me and she was shocked at how little I paid and the quality of the product.
