    • stopped working in less than one year
In under 1 year, the pump/heater stopped working reliably. I contacted support, and am getting bounced around, and just keep getting more questions. The latest request is for a video of it not working. They keep moving the goalpost. HOW CAN YOU TELL THE HEATER DOESN'T WORK CONSISTENTLY ON A VIDEO? The spa pump starts, then turns off some time later and the hot tub gets cold. Sort of defeats the purpose, you know? I'm very frustrated and recommend more reputable brands ... show more

I like the small size and it is easy to set up. I don't like it's hard to get warm. I had to buy a electric warmer to bring the temp up.

    • Nice spa with easy setup!
Nice looking spa that was easy to put together. Just watch a short video and it's set up in 10 minutes. Customer service was excellent and very responsive. Would highly recommend this spa. The black thermal cover goes around the entire spa and looks good in addition to keeping the heat in.

Dosnt get hot. Luke warm tub. Had up for 6 months maybe always covered and 2 inch at top seam busted and won't hold air. Won't heat even Luke warm without changing filter every 3 days. "Bubbles" are a joke and just make it colder. Instructions for setup hard to understand

The spa itself is great. It’s easy to setup and use. I was able to get chemicals at Walmart without spending a lot of money. I do not care for the puzzle like liner that goes under the spa. Any parts that were not under the spa would come apart very easily with the weather.

The hose that provides the heat almost melted. I requested a replacement, not only did they send the wrong hose, what they sent is for a completely different model. The tub itself is ok, the motor is really loud and I’m trying to figure how a way to muffle the blower as they haven’t provided any information. ... show more

My wife bought it because she used to go to the doctor I mean the therapist that you'd go with the hot tub because she had had her hip replaced and the therapist said it would be easier if she got one at the house and she could go in anytime she wanted after work to help her hip so that's why we got it and she likes it ... show more
