Installed on may the 20 th , it’s now may 25 th and it’s finnaly up to 100 degrees,, still not 104 ,, that’s with north Alabama weather being in the hi 80 s during the day and high 60s at night ,,,, ,,, as for looks ,, it looks great, the heat / pump on the other hand is a Mickey Mouse special !!! Probably wouldn’t buy again ,,,will try a different brand next time !! I will update this if it every reaches the set point temperature of 104 ::::: I will request a refund by the due date if temperature never gets any warmer, update may 29 it’s staying at 95 degrees , getting ready to tare down and return , gonna go with Saluspa brand , last one I had was great stayed 104 even in winter ... show more

Very nice tub with 2.5 inch thick walls, large for 4-6 ppl. Setup instructions in my opinion need reworking to make it easier to understand with better figure illustrations to follow. We fell in love with the size and design of the tub but were disappointed as the heat pump was not functioning correctly in heating up the tub. I attempted to get a replacement but was instructed the entire tub had to be returned. If I were to purchase another I feel the smaller tub 2-3 would be better with the size of pump for heating. Dosnt get hot. Luke warm tub. Had up for 6 months maybe always covered and 2 inch at top seam busted and won't hold air. Won't heat even Luke warm without changing filter every 3 days. "Bubbles" are a joke and just make it colder. Instructions for setup hard to understand

The hose that provides the heat almost melted. I requested a replacement, not only did they send the wrong hose, what they sent is for a completely different model. The tub itself is ok, the motor is really loud and I’m trying to figure how a way to muffle the blower as they haven’t provided any information. ... show more

Nice looking spa that was easy to put together. Just watch a short video and it's set up in 10 minutes. Customer service was excellent and very responsive. Would highly recommend this spa. The black thermal cover goes around the entire spa and looks good in addition to keeping the heat in.
