I put it together by myself without much trouble. Drain hose was missing, but after contacting them it was sent to me quickly. I can tell it's not well insulated but I can always put Styrofoam cooler in if needed. Attractive and matches my patio furniture. I'm happy with it.

    • Bolt Holes Don't Line Up
The cart is sturdy once you get it assembled. But assembly is a chore because the holes for the bolts don't line up. Plus, some genius decided that Allen head bolts was the way to go, rather than using conventional bolts you can attach with a socket wrench. You end up having to force the bolts into the hole by applying way more pressure than you should (I had twist the Allen wrench with a pair of lineman pliers). In short, the manufacturer made assembly way harder than it needed to be. It took me an hour. There are no pre-drilled holes for the wine glass holders. So good luck trying to figure out how to attach them to the frame. Also, the dangling bottle cap catcher is cheesy. All the manufacturer need to do was place another hole in the frame so the catcher could be easily attached and removed to empty it. Engineers for this product must have scored Cs in their design classes. Cooling box is large enough to hold probably 40 12 oz drinks with ice. And I recommend the model with dual side doors rather than the single top door; when open, the side doors make convenient shelves for napkins, paper plates, etc, and a stainless steel plate is attached to the inside of one of doors for cutting limes, lemons, worms, and meat and cheese snacks. ... show more

    • The side shelves are not near kevel

The unit has a shelf on each side which can hang down when not in use. Thes are attached by hinges which the customer attaches to each side. There is a rod that hangs down the side. To use the shelf you hold the shelf near level, bring up the support rod & clip it into a “C” hook on the bottom of the shelf. Unfortunately the hook is in the wrong position & holds the shelf too high making it not level. Emails with the vendor haven’t een useful. One suggested I lossen a screw, but the only screws are holding the hinges & don’t do anything. The second told me to push on the side which was also useless. They did offer me $10 for my trouble whic I didn’t accept. When others comment on the angle of the shelves we just say that’s the design. ... show more

A quality purchase, sturdy, and looks nice. Not a 5 star because there were some manufacturing defects. Wine glass racks were pre-drilled on the wrong side of base unit. The directions call out for the racks to be assembled on the side opposite the drain. The pre-drilled hole were on the drain side. This made 1 racks glasses Interfere with the drain sliding them into rack. The other was a Mickey Mouse set up for bottle cap basket and opener. The basket which was pre-drilled with 2 holes, but no set screws, just hangs from opener by small chain. It just blows in the wind potentially damaging the very nice exterior of cooler. Poor design and quality control for these 2 items. If these were fixed a 5 star rating. ... show more

It is a very nice looking outdoor cooler but the insulation is lacking. The sides are well insulated but the top has none. We’ve used it twice for parties and the ice was completely meted before the end of the day. Putting it together was also a challenge. One of the welds on the wheel mount interfered with the threads. My husband had to shave it down with a file to get the wheel in. ... show more

the hinges on the lids were too short so the lids didn't close all the way down, the metal on one of the lids was so sharp around the edges, and that was supposed to be the cutting board.
