So, I have been buying plenty of keyboards lately and this keyboard has got to be at the top of my list. Of course, I don’t use it for gaming. I bought it for work. I work at a hospital so I constantly use it but I decided to buy it after two of my other coworkers bought it in black. The keys are smooth n easy to use. The keyboard goes on standby when not in use to save power. The size and weight are perfect. The color is a beautiful pink. This is a pretty durable keyboard. Get it!!!     • Keyboard shut off suddenly during use, will not charge, no way to reset!

So, I bought this wireless keyboard + mouse combo for my wife at the end of January (now end of April) to use for her university laptop which she was really excited to try out. She hooks up her school laptop to a larger monitor at home so she can watch medical lectures and do assignments easier without the annoying features of a laptop screen, so she wanted a wireless keyboard and mouse to go along with those needs. She also games once or twice a month for a few hours each time, so it's not like either accessory was going to get a lot of use. They're here as backup and should last a long while under those conditions. Everything worked like a charm for the first 3 months, easy setup, easy/smooth keying and clicking, easy everything for that period of time. She was gaming this past week and had been using the keyboard for less than 10 minutes when it suddenly shut off. She usually turns the keyboard and mouse into the "off" positions when she isn't using them to save battery. The mouse will still turn on and work just fine, no issues. She feared the keyboard might need a quick charge. We had initially looked up voltage requirements on charging it to make sure we wouldn't fry it (she's had this issue before with a work keyboard). We used a 1.5V charger (recommendations are 5V or less) when charging it and didn't have a problem before. This time, after not being able to get it to work after an hour of charging...we left it on to charge for 6 hours. The instruction manual stated the "fully charged" indicator light would turn on and show up green when charging was complete. Nothing. We looked for a reset button, nothing. We tried turning off and on, nothing. Tried charging with a 5V charger for 12 hours, nothing. This thing is dead and won't charge. It just crapped out and won't work anymore. I work in IT so it's not like I don't know how to troubleshoot problems with computers and accessories. Again, the mouse is still working like a champ. However, the keyboard is a no-go after minimal use and standard operating maintenance/care (i.e. charging properly, turning off when not in use etc.) VERY DISAPPOINTED! ... show more

Update: 8/29/2024 I wanted to come on here and mention that the vendor was great to reach out to me regarding my situation. Within a several days, they reached out and address the issue! 8/25/2024 I recently bought this set up four months ago and it worked well, until it didn't work at all. I had both items plugged in to charge, but now they don't charge. When I plug in the keyboard the red light turns on, then turns off within seconds. Now I just have two paper weights. ... show more

Really love the sounds it makes and it feels nice to type on. It uses USB C for charging and so far lasts a good bit before I noticed it needs a recharge. So far it hits all my wants and needs for a keyboard except that it doesn't offer single color choice when toggling through the RGB lights.
