This battery can source 200 amps if needed. I'm using it for Amateur Radio and emergency backup. I was able to plug this straight into the solar input port on one of my portable power stations and have extended the capacity of that station by 3 times! That's so awesome! Great Value! The delivery packaging was very good (boxed well with good transport cushioning). Battery seems sturdy & well built. I received follow-up memo(s) from great customers service dept, (Lillian was professional & thorough). So far, I've had my battery install in my RV for 5 months, and it has been operating great. I also bought & installed an auxiliary BMS (which I mounted the shunt atop of the battery, connected via a heavy-duty copper bar). My new Redodo is enclosed within a weather-proof plastic battery-box-assy. Finally, I also fabricated & installed a heavy-duty steel-strap & padlock, so to deter would-be thieves (uh; they might think twice). I'm satisified Redodo customer. ... show more

I ordered this battery and a 40 amp charger, and received both in a couple of days. The battery seemed to exhibit an anomaly of indicating a full charge, and turning off the charger @ 12.96vdc. I contacted the company with my concerns, and an awesome customer service representative named Lillian responded immediately! Lillian confirmed that this was not a normal condition, and asked me to perform a couple of simple tests for them. When those results showed that the battery was not charging normally, Lillian LOANED me a new 10 amp charger, so we could assure ourselves that the new 40 amp charger was not at fault!! As soon as I verified identical results with the loaned charger, Lillian immediately sent two prepaid shipping labels, and I returned the faulty battery and loaned charger. Once Redodo confirmed receipt of the battery, Lillian contacted me and confirmed shipment of a new replacement battery!! All of this occurred within a 10 day span, from start to finish!! I can’t say enough about Lillian as a customer service representative, and Redodo for the most incredible experience with her and the company she represents!!!! I purchased the Redodo 12V 200Ah PLUS Lithium LiFePO4 Battery to replace the 2 lead acid golf cart batteries in my boat. Not only is the weight savings significant, but the ability to draw down more than 50% of the rated capacity allows me to go much longer without running the generator. The biggest surprise was how much more quickly this battery will recharge. I had some questions about my charging sources and the customer service folks were a great help and walked me through all the settings that were the best for my new battery. Although I don’t have solar, I have one of my two alternators providing a 30 amp charge to the battery through a Victron Orion DC2DC charger. This works so well I am planning on connecting the other alternator in the same manner. In fact I am so pleased with the battery I am planning on next summer increasing the capacity to 400Ah and adding an inverter charger so that I can substantially reduce the need to run the generator. ... show more

I purchased this for my RV, in lieu of my 200AH AGM battery, prior to my annual hunting trip. I have 600W of solar on board, so I'm able to keep the lithium charged up well during the day. There were a few nights where the voltage would drop dramatically (vs. the same loads on other nights) compared to others. 13.5 volts at night, sometimes dropping below 11.8 where the BMS would shut off the battery. Returning home, I reached out to Redodo and was in contact with Tina via email. After being asked for some information, I performed my own load test on the battery and found the Watt hours were approximately 150-175 below the rated 2560. There was quite a bit of conversation, however they did not hesitate to send me a replacement battery once I supplied all of my data. They paid for the return shipping and supplied all the required hazmat labels. The new battery has approximately .2-.4 open voltage (fully charged), vs the prior one, so this one should definitely have the rated capacity. I would not hesitate to purchase another Redodo battery, which I might actually do later on for a parallel circuit. Thank you to Tina for being a tremendous help. Top notch. ... show more

These are the plus versions of these batteries with a 200amp BMS. The packing was perfect. The directions clear and they both charged to capacity. There is no cold temp charge cut off but I could care less as they’re going on a boat that spends its winters in a heated barn or in Florida. The only other “quirk” is you have to charge each battery separately to max capacity then connect them in parallel for 24 hours with no load before connecting them to a load. This is supposedly to balance the cells. Again, for the price I’m fine with it. These will be a game changer on my sailboat giving me double the capacity in the same size battery with less than half the weight. I’ll come back to this review once they’re load tested on the boat but so far so good! Oh, and they give you a five year warranty! I know they’re not Battle Borns or Dakotas but for less than half the price I’m really quite alright with that!! ... show more
