It’s beautiful, and I’m happy I have it, but it was a difficult installation. The crystals are on bow tie connectors - you bend one side around the crystal and the have to get the second side around the slot in the base. We found that's pre-bending a hook and then getting it in the base before pinching it down worked best. It was not easy. I wish they had their pressure style hooks for this chandelier (I bought two different kinds for different areas, and the other kind was so much easier) The other difficult part was getting it leveled. We had it leveled, we thought, and added all the crystals. It wasn’t level, and the chandelier is really heavy with all the crystals on - not an easy task. Overall, I think it took us about 5 hours to install. Most of that was fiddling with the base and hanging the crystals ... show more

The Chandelier is elegant and beautiful. The electrical part was easy to connect. We need to make sure the electrical box has enough support for the chandelier since it's heavy. My ceiling is at an angle and high, so I wished the wire were longer. Put the middle strings first, bend the wire bows into the crystal strings, and then hang the crystal strings on the chandelier. To hang the balls are a little more tricky, bend the wire bows in them first and then place them into the crystal strings bending the other end of the wire bow. The wire bow is so delicate that I was afraid it would not be strong enough to hold the weight of the crystal, but n it's almost three weeks, and everything is still hanging. I had a few chipped balls, but I got replacements from the seller within two weeks; pleased with the customer service. ... show more

I have purchased other crystal chandeliers from Amazon before. So I read the reviews and thought why not. It came all wrapped up very tight and secured. The one complaint I would have is that they need better instructions on how to hang and adjust the wire lengths. We sent them an e-mail to ask questions and they answered immediately. I also told them that I had some chipped crystals and they immediately asked how many and that they would ship them out. i told them that I did;t know at the time and would get back to them. It is a long process to hang each crystal especially when I am very picky and want each one the same length with out any flaws. (that's just me) :) It took me 2 months to finally hang and look at all the crystals. (My fault life gets busy) But the number one thing I would say is WOW about their customer service. After I had already had the chandelier for a month, they sent me an email asking how many replacements crystals did I need. I was shocked that they reached out to me before I reached out to them. Anyways after another month I finally got back to them and they are shipping all of the crystals I need. Very impressed with this company and will purchase more items from them. ... show more

UPDATE: seller sent the number of requested crystals so I could complete the project - a lot of the crystals were scratched up as is such w these types of things - overall 4/5 stars. Bc the look etc now that it’s complete looks good. Why are the correct number of crystals not included?! This is so annoying after putting up this cumbersome light. Yes it looks nice but ultimately the missing pieces make it look quite incomplete and rather cheap and stupid. ... show more

I love everything about these lights. Yes.... I bought two. And am very glad that I did. There is no picture(s) that would do these justice, as they are SO beautiful! They add just the right degree of class, and you could pretty much add them to any room, and have them dress it up. I'm extremely happy with this purchase. They give great lighting as well. I got the daylight bulbs to go with them. This seller was also selling them for about half the price as others, for exactly the same thing. I'd definitely buy from them again. They're very elegant, and yet simple to add to any room. Buy it! You will not be disappointed! They're different than any other light I've bought, thus far, for our remodel. The crystals also throw off a pretty pattern on the wall, which I love as well. I put them in the dining room and kitchen, and am very pleased with the results. ... show more

    • Beautiful lamp a nightmare to install

First let me say it does look as good or better than the picture. The quality is also decent, definitely worth the $. Where it is lacking the design and installation. The bracket does not work with the standard round socket. You have to drill 6 holes on your ceiling to anchor the bracket. There are 6 long screws that fix the lamp part to the bracket. Each screw is secured on a long slot on the bracket. It moves around. Trying to get 6 moving scews into their respective hole on while standing on a ladder looking up is not an easy job. We ended up not using the 2 center screws. One may say you could measure the distance between holes and fix the screw accordingly. We tried, it won't work because the bracket is a bit soft. When you screw the bracket to the ceiling the bracket will change shape, your perfectly aligned screws now points to all directions. At this point. You are screwed. After the magic of 6 scews in hole, Then you have to hang 100 tiny hooks to get all the crystal looking nice and pretty. The manual had poor instructions. It does recommend for professional installation. That's will cost you $$$. Once you get it up there. It does have an amazing look. Is it worth the trouble. I will let you be the judge of that. ... show more
