My husband purchased this item as a surprise gift to my brother in law. After opening the box, we were very pleased with the wheelchair, we loved the color (we got the orange), the mobility, the turning, and everything, but we noticed a broken piece in the bottom of the joystick, I was worry about how this will develop, returning this would had been a nightmare. We open the item on Sunday night, on Monday I contacted Amazon to ask what to do and Amazon said I could return the item but i was like "no" there should be a better solution. Amazon advised me to write the seller, the seller information was inside the box. I emailed them on Monday midnight worry and sad about the situation (I attached some pictures and a short video). On Tuesday morning I saw an email from them, I thought "wow a reply so soon that says a lot about the company." and I was not wrong, they said they reviewed my case and they offered a replacement of joystick. I was very happy to hear that, thinking about return it was crazy. I recommend this item no only for all what the wheelchair brings but also because of its customer service, very professional and responsive.
