Likes Everything.... The chair was easy to assemble but make sure you have a second helper because the chair comes with the base in one piece and the top separate is a bit heavy.... Chair is comfortable Rocks well, the massage feature is really good for only a vibrating massage and the heats nice doesn't come on to strong and makes the chair nice and warm... The one demerit I saw most often in the reviews was it was hard to close the bottom of the chair when you want to un recline... It is but the best way is to just stand up then push the bottom in... if you have trouble getting out of chairs or if your older pass on this chair... ... show more

While the recliner chair initially appeared to be an attractive and comfortable addition to our home, it has unfortunately failed to meet our expectations in terms of both comfort and functionality. I would like to outline the specific problems we have encountered: The reclining mechanism does not work properly. When attempting to use it, it kicks the back of our legs, causing discomfort and frustration. Once in the reclined position, the chair remains unbalanced and unstable, making it difficult to relax comfortably. Returning the chair to its upright sitting position requires a considerable amount of effort and force, leading to physical strain and discomfort. My wife even suffered a back injury while attempting to use the chair, which has caused her significant pain and inconvenience. Furthermore, I was surprised to learn that there is a charge associated with returning the chair, despite it being clearly defective and not meeting the promised standards of comfort and functionality. I kindly request that you address these issues promptly and provide a satisfactory resolution. This could include repairing the recliner chair, replacing it with a functional one, or providing a full refund. I bought this to rock my new grandson. It came 3weeks late shipped by UPS. The Amazon website stated it was coming in three days and everyday after this kept stating out for delivery but the UPS site said processing. This came in one big box. I opened it outside then brought the two peace’s inside to assemble the top is lighter than the bottom. I walked the bottom up my stairs. I plugged it in and snapped the top into the bottom. The heat works great. The massage is only a vibrating not a roller massage. The vibrating is nice for a baby with colic. It rocks perfect with no noise and swivels great. I will say this is a narrow recliner. I would say more like a lady recliner. I am 135lbs 5”2 and my feet do hang over the foot rest. The pillow is nice on the head rest. Not too bulky. The arms are perfect and come already attached unlike some other recliner reviews. I got the dark grey leather and matches my light grey sectional perfect. Only gave 4 stars due to shipping and not really a fan of the vibration massage but I love it ... show more

We were told to expect delivery for the 2 recliners to be on the 7th of November. They came on the 5th, 2 days early. It was obvious from the damage to the shipping boxes the they were handled roughly during transport. Both boxes were busted open in places and crushed . After removing the recliners from the boxes we noticed a tear in the material on the base for one of the recliners. It was about 1in. in the back of the base and was not easy to see. I contacted Amazon support and they gave me a choice of returning the recliner or getting a part refund on the recliner. I did not want to go through the problems of repacking the recliner and waiting on shipping. We accepted the partial refund. We found the assembly was very easy since all it took was to slide the arms and back on with brackets installed on the recliners. Hooking up the wiring was for the heat and vibrators was simple. The heat and vibrate functions work great. The foot rest locks down easily when you wish to get up. They are comfortable recliners. They are advertised as to be able to rotate 360 degrees but the wiring will wrap around the base if you do so. It could cause damage to the wiring We do recommend these recliners. ... show more

This chair is so stiff and takes a lot of effort to keep the chair reclined. It is smaller in width than I thought it would be. The heat function and the vibration functions are great though and I like the pull to recline it is sturdy.

The chair was easy to assemble. There is ample lumbar support. The box it was delivered in was damaged and one of the connectors was bent, but easily fixed with a pliers. Massage speed is just right and very good heat in lumbar area.
