My ferret lovvvvved this palette. I turned away for one second and she had scratched up and eaten some of it...there was glitter under her little nails. Safe to say that I will never turn away again while doing my makeup. I thought it was a pretty good palette too, though I didn't have a taste. The glitters were pretty nice, but some weren't packed that well, so they were super messy. Some of the colors weren't very opaque, but if you're just looking for a super large range of colors to play around with, then this is a pretty good palette for that! ... show more

First off, the presentation of this pallette is lovely. The component is is sturdy as it is gorgeous and has a cloud shaped mirror inside. It's a good mirror, not one of those blurry, fun house types that you find on inferior or cheap products. Now for the color!!! There are obviously 99 colors and in them you have a wide variety of textures: Matte, Sheer Matte, Metallic, Pressed Glitter, Satin, Glitter Shadow (different than pressed glitter as it is a color shadow with glitter in it that you apply with a brush as opposed to the Pressed Glitter you tap on to the lid) and Sheer Shimmer. When Amazon asked me to rate this, one of the categories was Sheerness. I gave this category a 4 stars because after exploring this pallette, Sheerness is not the main game here. It's a beautiful world of diverse shadow textures so you can, as far as I can see, create any look you are aiming for from one pallette. My occupation was a makeup artist and model for many years and I love this. I see a lot of reviews saying "I sent this to my neice, granddaughter"etc ., But I have to say, as much as I love my granddaughter, this is for ME! If you are a color fiend and have a little artistic fire, get this for YOU and enjoy! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. When I first got this palette I was very excited to get it since it had so many colors! And also the price point was also awesome as well! When I got it it was well packaged it had its special bubble wrap around it it had it cellophane wrap around it it had it special little cardboard sleeve around it to protect the pallet. The packaging on it was superb! It's got a cute little cloud-like mirror in it so you can actually do your makeup a little bit closer. Unfortunately upon putting the colors on I discovered a lot of fallout. The pigment is indeed very nice when you put it on. I think in my opinion you'll be best off putting on either with a water base or a cream base. To prevent as much fallout but the fallout in general is really severe. I would highly suggest that you put this eyeshadow on first then clean up the fallout and then proceed to put the rest on your foundation highlighter contour etc on Also when removing the makeup itself it's hard to get off it smears off. I do like the pigment of it the ease of use of applying it it glides on nicely. Unfortunately the fallout is when it gets me wrong. This would be a great palette for Halloween or for costumes. It's got a lot of colors for you to work and play with. I think this would be a really good palette for beginner or someone that has experience with dealing with fallout. Be great with a cream base or water base before you apply the eyeshadow on. The price point was amazing on this I really did appreciate the reasonable price for how many colors are actually getting! I hope this helps you guys out making more informed decision before buying this palette. ... show more
