Purchased this in May of 2021 and it just broke. I'm disheartened to see all the bad reviews that it doesn't hold a charge. I'm going to purchase another one and hope I get a sturdy one like the one I had. It was perfect to use on any part of my body, back, neck, etc. But after 3 years I would charge it and then go to use it and it would die. I was blown away to see when I purchased it. After reading the reviews and being a bit apprehensive about purchasing this item due to some saying the vibration was not very strong, I decided to go ahead anyway because the price was great. I’m glad I didn’t listen to those reviews. First things first, it’s a great size! Not too big, not too small. Small and discreet enough to be able to hide from curious and mosey children. I got the yellow one and though color isn’t much of a factor, it is a pleasant color. It has a very soft material as well and feels great to handle. It is a bit stiff at the “head” but overall that doesn’t bother me. It is also pretty quiet! Living in a house with multiple people and not a lot of privacy, that is necessary for me. Now on to the good stuff. Thankfully, mine does not have a vibration problem. It has a very strong vibration and many patterns and strengths/speeds to choose from. It did the job in less than a minute and it felt fantastic the entire time and never lost power. I am in no way disappointed yet! I really hope it holds out, this thing is going to take a beating from me. Edit: I had to come back and change my rating. After using this only three times, it is broken. I’ve had it for almost 7 months and it stopped working sadly, every time I turn it on the buttons flash but it doesn’t vibrate no matter how long I charge it for :( but I really recommend getting it! Edit: I charged it for about 8 hours and I finally got it to turn on but when I turned it on and tried to turn it off it wouldn’t and the wand started getting really hot it turned off a couple minutes after though ... show more
