The device arrived late yesterday. So far, they have been successful. I can hear more clearly instead of the mushy sounds I previously heard. How they will help in a noisy environment is yet to come. They are comfortable to wear. I only gave 4 stars because of the short time I have had them.

Charge lasts the whole day and holder box contains 2 charges. Receiver ear tubes keep slipping out a bit and doesn't seem to be reshapeable or adjustable. They are comfortable to wear all day. Good value compared to my $3000 HA's.
