I was so excited to add this baby doll to our toy box but when my almost 2 year old grandaughter saw her for the first time she ran away from it calling it "Scary Baby". Now everytime she comes over she points at the closet and wants me to show her that "Scary Baby" is not in there. This is the only doll she seems to be scared of. I think maybe because it is so realistic or maybe because her eyes are closed. Not sure. Will need to find something else. LOL. ... show more

This baby does not feel or look realistic to me in any way. She is way bigger than advertised, she’s made of plastic. I guess I assumed she would be made of silicon. That is how the pictures looked to me. She is also permanently asleep. I don’t know if I was not paying attention to details or If the pictures were very misleading. I bought my neice her first reborn and you could not convince her that this wasn’t her real baby lol. I’ve bought many reborn and this one is one of my favorites. I love the accessories it comes with and the quality of the doll. Most dolls comes half rubber material and half soft but this one was full rubber material and can be positioned many ways. First off, I have to say I am in love with this little Reborn baby doll. I ordered this for my two year old niece who loves carrying baby dolls around but I may just have to keep her. She has the most beautiful face with realistic looking lips, eye lashes, fingers and toes. She even has what looks like real nails. Her arms and legs are a soft silicone rubber and the body is stuffed cloth. This baby doesn’t open her eyes and the arms and legs do not move but she just looks so real! She is dressed in a little pink sleeper and has a pink headband with a bow on her head. A pacifier, a bottle and diaper are also included along with a little paper Birth Certificate. The pacifier has a magnet that keeps it in the babies mouth but the bottle does not. It would have been nice if there was a little opening in the mouth to accommodate the bottle but I guess you can’t have everything. This doll is approximately 18 inches long and weighs about 3-3.5 lbs which seems a little heavy for a toddler but I have seen my niece lift heavier thing so I think she can handle it. The price point of $39 seems about right for the quality of this reborn doll. I really can’t say it enough, this doll is absolutely beautiful. She has this angelic face and the detail to the lips and fingers/toes is just amazing. I know my niece is going to love it. 🥰! ... show more
