I thought I could attach a Roku stick to any projector with a port…I was wrong. After attempting two different brands I finally found Roku has its own projector and our outdoor movie nights have excelled to another level! This system is much more convenient than having to hook up a dvd player since Roku hosts almost any streaming service you could want!! Additionally, our cable provider has a Roku channel so we’ve been able to watch live tv, including sports, outside, in front of the fire pit by simply plugging in this one projector! Quick delivery and a solid picture! The Roku built in is such a nice feature so that you can still play all your streaming services, I would have given this 5 stars but the remote stopped working after 2 days, I changed the batteries to double check and the remote still won’t work. Luckily you can still control the projector on the box itself but it is annoying, ... show more

Literally the best purchase I’ve made. It’s so cool and cheaper than an actual tv with better quality. It’s in our bedroom and it’s like we’re in the movies every night. It has Bluetooth to connect to a speaker and hookups to connect speakers or chargers. It’s bad a** definitely worth the money and came in a week earlier than projected. Only gave brightness four stars because obviously you can’t watch if the light is on or if you don’t have black out curtains on a sunny day. A++ for anime too lol ... show more

    • Colors are messed up
I use a projector in my kids room they are very active I don’t have to waste space for a tv stand and things. The first projector I bought was not bad but pretty poor picture quality but my kids are toddlers they just like the sounds and colors. We use Roku in all our rooms but after buying some movies on Apple for my kids I learned there was no sound on shrek (my son was not happy) I was told my projector was to old so I bought this one. First off the Roku is not a Roku projector I wouldn’t even say Roku “powered” it just comes with a Roku and it fits conveniently on the side. Now the picture was a lot better then the old one and so was the sound but here’s the kicker. Royal purple comes out blue. My kids watch the Wiggles religiously and Lachy the purple wiggle is blue on every app he’s is blue I’ve tried every way to mess with the settings and he stays blue. Normally I can’t imagine it being a big problem for people but for children I wouldn’t recommend it confused them and I’m not sure if any other colors are messed up but when kids are learning colors this could be a problem. And on top of it all the apple movies don’t have sound still. All in all it’s not a bad projector for under $100 but it’s a little misleading on what it is and if you don’t have kids you may not have ever noticed the purple problem ... show more

This is the first time I have purchased a home projector and I’m very pleased with this product. It was easy to set up, especially because I already use Roku on the television sets in my house. All I had to do was enter my email address on the screen and I was sent a confirmation email. All of my screening apps that I already use were already signed into once I clicked the email confirmation. The picture is better than I’ve seen on other projectors.
