I had a cheaper closet that crashed and fell over in the middle of the night so I was looking for something more substantial. I’m extremely pleased with the quality of this closet. The packaging was excellent- all pieces were very well protected so that they would not get damaged in shipping. The paint coating on the metal is also thick and beautiful. The color is gorgeous. It’s very easy to put together if you’ve done other such projects. I recommend that you grab a rubber mallet at the dollar store before you start, so that you can tap each shelf onto its grommet for a solid hold. Honestly, customer service took up 4 of the 5 stars. They were very considerate and emailed me when the package was on the way to notify them if I have delivery issues and funnily enough Fedex screwed me over multiple times. When I contacted Raybee, they handled it professionally and was apologetic for something that was out of THEIR control. Regardless, they made sure that I was able to get my furniture piece and even said if it hasn't arrived in the time frame I was supposed to, they'd even send another one. I love the clothing rack, the fabric drawers are sturdy and spacious. I haven't test manuverability since I wanted it in one place but I love it.
