The product arrived on schedule via USPS in a sinlge, flat box. The assembly instructions were fairly easy to understand and it took me about 45 minutes to assemble. It serves a dual purpose as I use it for it's intended purpose and my 83 year old mother uses it with resistance bands to work on her upper body strength while seated in her rollator. It's still in it's infancy stage for me, but so far so good. I use it in my garage and it takes up about the same space as a medium refrigerator does. ... show more

Pros: - Well priced - Sturdy, individual pieces are quality made - Assembly is simple, and pieces fit seamlessly I bought this as an addition to the home gym so that I could stop doing pull-ups on the door jam pull up bar that I was previously using. At this price point, I wish I had made this purchase sooner. It came quickly and packaged well. All the pieces are nicely coated, and fit together perfectly. I assembled it by myself in about 15 minutes. The design of the legs make it feel incredibly sturdy while using it; there is zero wobble while doing pull-ups or knee-ups. Back board needs 2 be as big as lateral @ trapp muscle area with a slite tip probly 2* 4 leverage, because as sturdy and as well as its made with no rocking balance it pretty worthless 4 legg lifts unless yor a circus arielist @ I couldnt do that in my 20's workinking 12 hr. Daize in the mills slinging 100# grain sacks into trucks from thu dock, 1 handed alternating hands... ... ... ... show more

So I put this together bymself to surprise my husband when he got home. I took my time in assembly and it was very easy to do. It came to gather with no issues and it looks stable and strong. I love the height of the bar!! My husband is 6'3 and has plenty of room. It is so sturdy it doesn't budge when he is working out on it! Great price for a great product! ... show more

The workout station came as described. I'm 6'1 and heavier than I'd like to be, but the pull-ups were pretty sturdy. I decided to lower from the farthest extension and dropped it down one notch for added stability. In general, I'm impressed with the quality. The metal is solid with good welding. We'll see how the cushions hold up over time, but it seems like a great value! ... show more
