I put this on a Onefinity Journeyman with their knock off Buildbotics controller and used one of the y motor drivers to run it. At this price I doubt you find anything better. The listing says 0.3 degrees per step but the motor is 1.8 degrees per step with a 4 to 1 gear ratio so I used 0.45 degrees per step. That gives me one full revolution for 360 degrees. I would like to put a little bigger motor on it but the extra length looks like it will be very close to the chuck. Maybe after the belt stretches a little. ... show more

I have integrated this 4 Jaw Chuck Rotary Axis into a dedicated, home-built Laser Fixture by adding some 3D printed "soft jaws" and other custom clamping components.
