I really wanted to like this controller because the color is nice and it has back paddles which is a great feature for a budget option. After using this thing for a month or two, im having major issues evry day. Theres a fifty fifty chance when i connect the controller that it just wont work. I have to hold the power button down for about 30 seconds to shut it off and reconnect. Sometimes it appears that only certain buttons synch with the console, leaving you with half a controller until you again, hold the power button for 30 seconds and try again. Plugging the controller in to my Playstation seems to send the controller off the rails as well. Reliably, conmecting my controller requires a controller restart. Keep in mind there is a chance that youll have to do this multiples times so i hope it doesnt happen to you in a boss fight or something. Speaking of plugging the controller in, the battery is very very terrible and inconsistent. Sometimes it fails to alert you that the battery is low, and sometimes it shuts off as soon as the low battery display appears on the screen. Sometimes you will have two bars, and a minute later you hve a dying controller. I wouldnt mindkeeping it wired honestly, but wiring it causes the same problems as keeping it wireless. I dont know if i have a defective unit or this controller is universally awful, but i would not buy it again. Even at the low price point the controller should function for more than a couple of weeks. ... show more

Smells pretty bad too, but most cheaper plastics do so I don't hold too much against the product. the manual is a little unclear and connecting the controller itself can get finicky but when it works it works fine. you may have to air it out for a day. if you're wanting to really play rough with your controller the caps may fling off but I don't see that as a flaw as much as a consumer precaution. ... show more

So I bought this about 3 or 4 months ago and the first 2 month it worked perfectly, tho they have a setting for vibration and it's set to max (or it was at least when I got mine) I recommend turning it down when playing the vibration can take control and mess you up in a shooter game. After that I used it for a while never unplugged my headset from it, I did once and it messed up it kept saying my headset was plugged in when It wasn't. The reset button In the back help me fix that problem but still was frustrating. It started to drift recently but again reset button fixed that I just recommended saving for a real ps4 controller this is ok to have on display to look cute but not really reliable. ... show more

So I ordered this controller for my daughter who loves everything pink. Super cute little analog grips. It looks just as described in the picture. My complaint is after connecting it to the PS4 I have to reconnect it every single time we turn it on. It says you don't have to but we do. If you press the the little house button before it's ready it takes forever to stop blinking to try to re connect it... It's a hassle to have to reconnect this controller every single time we turn off the PS4. 2 Star since looks exactly as described. Took off 3 for the controller having to constantly having to be reconnected 😒 ... show more

This controller works fine when plugged in with a USB cable, however attempting to make it connect wireless by bluetooth results in a connection that lasts for a few seconds, then disconnects. The instructions that came with it says to use the USB receiver to connect to a PC, but no such receiver was included in the package. Looking CAREFULLY at the instructions at this page, you see that other devices connect instructions all say that once connected you don't need the cable anymore. It does not say that under PC. ... show more
