2-29 & 3-6-24 I've been using these for a week and can confirm they definitely help relieve some discomfort from tendonitis or tennis elbow, although It would be better if you wouldn't use that arm at all allowing it to heal, but for most of us that is just not an option. I'm not sure what the complaints are about saying it's too large. These adjust from roughly 9" inches to 14" inches in circumference allowing for a tremendous amount of adjustment. For a visual reference I shared photos of one on a 20 ounce soda bottle, (9" circumference), and the other on a 2 Liter soda bottle, (14" circumference). The tenacious hook side of the Velcro sticks to anywhere on the band if you need it smaller, just overlap the velcro, the exact same way they are packed as when they arrived. They also cleaned up well. I placed them in one of those mesh zipper bags for machine laundering on cool gentle cycle and let them air dry, just be sure the hook ends of the velcro are secured. They are comfortable to wear as long as you have an overtighten them or you will be loosening and adjusting them throughout the day. I'm pleased with them, they're easier to place on single-handed and the dense thick foam is effective at applying pressure for some relief. This 2 Pack of RAKIIE Elbow Brace Pads are good for those that have elbow pain as a result of overuse due to sports (working out, tennis, golf, pickle ball, rowing, badminton) or tendonitis. I like that the package comes with 2 elbow braces in case both of your elbows are experiencing pain at the same time, or if you need a back-up in the future. The brace is comprised of 2 pieces, the inner part of the sleeve which goes against the arm has a silicone padding covered in material (measures 3.25 x 1.5) and the outer adjustment strap measures 13 inches from end to end and has adjustments at both ends. The instructions say to slip the brace onto the forearm 2 inches below the elbow. The compression pad is supposed to rest on the biggest forearm muscle and you adjust the 2 straps around the forearm to fit comfortably but not tight. My arms are neither small nor large, and I like that I am able to overlap one strap on top of the other and still get adequate compression. This ‘one size’ will definitely work for both smaller and larger arms since there is adequate material available for adjustments. I tried to measure the brace at its’ smallest and largest it could go and got 8 inches at the smallest and 15 inches at the largest. A 15 inch circumference at 2 inches below the elbow is a big arm, so this can accommodate most. I find the brace comfortable and it stays in place with lots of movement. ... show more

    • Very Well Padded, Quality Elbow Wraps, but too large for smaller arms

I was pleased to receive 2 very nice elbow braces/wraps in the color Navy Blue. They are very well padded to help protect the inflamed area and they are very well-constructed too. I only wish the sizing were "One Size Fits All" instead of "One Size", which is how the sizing of the advert reads. Upon reflection though, and to be fair, the advert also states that this product has a longer adjustable strap and that it is a larger size, so I think that "One Size" means that this brace comes in only one size, which is Large but adjustable to a point. The problem for me is that it is too long to easily shorten & tighten enough. To tighten the brace, you first adjust its length by doubling the strap back onto itself and securing it with velcro, which makes that section double thick. You then run the strap through a rectangular D-ring in order to cinch it snugly around your forearm before securing it down to the velcro surface of the brace. For my arm (with a forearm circumference of 9.5"), I needed to shorten the strap length a lot. The doubled-over/shortened part is too thick to run through the D-ring. If you're a person with a more muscular/larger forearm than mine, this brace will work fine for you. I think it would probably fit most men and larger women. If your forearm is in the appropriate size range for this brace, then I definitely recommend it because it is very well made, of high quality, and very well padded. ... show more

Lately, I’ve been dealing with some discomfort from my hand up to my shoulder. I’m not sure if its carpal tunnel, tendonitis, or some other type of injury. I finally broke down and decided to try the Rakiie Elbow Brace. I’m not going to lie, there was an instant feeling of comfort as soon as I strapped it in. No, it doesn’t magically heal you, but my hand felt much sturdier, and the elbow pain lessened. It’s super easy to use. Just place the padded area on the largest muscle of wherever you’re using it and tighten the Velcro straps. A word of caution, you can over tighten the straps. Tried it while playing tennis and my forearm started to cramp up. I just loosened the straps a bit and I felt much better. You also get a choice of six colors for whatever your taste is. Best of all, it’s a 2 pack and all for under $20. I still need to figure out and fix my injuries, but the Rakiie Elbow Brace is welcomed relief and will be a permanent part of my tennis and bowling bags. ... show more
