    • Where is the wiring for the fan pigtails? Also, does the the black wire need to be grounded?

This purchase is missing the fan pigtails. I'm also wondering if I'm supposed to ground the black wire as there's a connection near the base of the relay that goes to the temp-sending unit. Please advise. The directions are vague.
