You can’t expect a night and day transformation over night, but this little machine packs a great punch! I always get compliments the day after I use it, and what’s more, it seems to reduce the size of a little bone growth I have at the end of one cheekbone. The vendors reached out and sent me another one….which stopped working after 3 weeks. This vendor needs to seriously redesign their electrical component. Love the versatility on it - different settings. The cooling is amazing, I wish you didn't have to wait 30 mins after heating to use the cooling because I use before bed...but it is amazing. Doesn't treat under eye circles/bags which would have been nice but overall happy. Had it over a month and only needed to charge once!! ... show more

I am so disappointed in this tool. Seems to make my skin look worse with my wrinkles. May be due to conductive gel you have to use, not sure. Also, doesn't hold a charge long at all....had to recharge after only 3 uses, such a pain. Returning!
