    • Great starter drone for novice users!
Disclosure: I'm a novice to the drone world, still learning how to manage directions, avoid obstacles, flips, etc. So here are my general observations based on my experience so far... Observations: 1. Drone is very light weight and compact when folded. However, it expands to about 11.7" (as noted in the specs) when unfolded. 2. It looks sturdy enough to withstand sudden drops or hitting an obstacle, have to see how it holds in due time as there'll be sudden drops and hitting an obstacle 3. Being headless, manuevering in any direction works quite well. As a new user, my thinking was to ensure drone must always be positioned with its head while moving forward. Besides, the joystick precision is very good for a light weight drone even for a beginner. 4. One key to lift off and land the drone is very convenient and has has been working very well so far. 5. Love the tricks...multiple speeds and flip. This works pretty well and is a lot of fun to try it out. 6. For a starter drone, the quality of pics are decent. Concerns: 1. The iPhone app is so-so in terms of usability, especially for such a pretty well designed beginner drone. Controlling via the app is not as precise as it is with the hand controller. 2. After having crashed it against the wall a few times, drone at times moves around without having to use the joystick. Recalibrating did not help much, so this feature needs some rework in the design I suppose. 3. We live in an area with small hills and big trees around, so the wind at times can be gusty, so stable hovering is not possible (this was expected but wanted to note) Overall, at this price point, anyone trying to learn using drones and/or introducing kids to drones, this little guy performs very well!     • Cannot hover, batteries last -5 minutes
The drone can’t hover. It constantly drifts & recalibrating doesn’t fix this. The app is bare bones — there doesn’t appear to be a camera. If there is a camera, the app doesn’t offer any way to view through the camera, take video or take photos. There are 2 batteries each of which lasts 5 minutes or less. There’s no warning that the battery is low so the drone simply drops down wherever it is when the battery dies and you have to hope that it falls in a spot where you can retrieve it.     • Great Drone for Price!
The media could not be loaded. I love this drone and that give you more for an amazingly affordable price. This is my first drone and I brought it primarily to look on top of my 2 story townhome roof to see if it was in need of cleaning (leaves etc). This drone is amazing and very user friendly. It is extremely easy to control indoors and outdoors. I was surprised at how easily fast it reached my roof top, and the clear picture images I was able to take of my roof, and how my son was as able to expertly fly it with no problems at all. I like the fact that I can either practice inside the house or outdoors, where as some other drones work off GPS which can only be flown outside. The app is so easy to use and includes instructions for beginners like myself, and I have reached out to the support with a minor issue via email with immediate professional and friendly response that resolved my issue with controller. Even after 5 months I’m still finding difficulty in stopping the drone and it’s speed is more. Only can be used in very big open area

Product has a short battery life and very poor video/image quality. Compact and easy to travel with but works best in wind conditions less than 10mph, at most.

    • Fun & Easy to Operate
It comes in a really nice black carrying case. Although I only flew it for short time, I couldn't wait to get outside & try it. I found it easy to operate and I know that after I go out & play with it the next time, I will become an expert (just need a little more practice). The body is about 5 inches long (this does not include the legs of the drone). Love the fact that there are 2 chargeable batteries for the drone. The remote does require regular batteries but the do give you batteries to get out & start flying it. I really enjoyed it & can't wait to free up some time to play with it more. ... show more

It’s smaller than it looks in their pictures as you can see so for comparison with my hand in the attached picture. It is a nice toy, keep that in mind it’s not a professional drone, for play or practice is nice enough, responsive remote, won’t fit an iPhone Max as it’s a little too big, has good blade protection if you install the little rail around the blades, it’s a light drone and the image quality to me looks more like 720p not 1080p video. The 2 included batteries are small, won’t hold much charge, as I said it’s a toy so don’t expect amazing results, you get what you pay for. It comes in a nice case, it could be a nice gift to a responsible kid. ... show more
