I've been taking Qunol COQ10 and Curcumin/Tumeric for years and had great results from them. My blood pressure tends to run high at times and I try to deal with that through exercise, diet, and supplements. I immediately wanted to try this product since I trust the brand a lot and have been reading a lot about the effects that beetroots or beets, in general, can have on your blood pressure. I've been using this for a couple of weeks and I have not seen a dramatic decrease in my daily readings. I also haven't seen an increase. I do feel I'm getting some kind of energy boost from these (especially when I do cardio), but I can't claim success with lowering blood pressure just by adding. Again, it's only been a few weeks and the results probably take more time. These also contain CoQ10 and Grape Seed Extract which should theoretically help you with blood pressure issues. The data on Grape Seed Extract is pretty strong when it comes to helping with this health issue. I've had no strange side effects from using these. No upset stomach. Again, it's a great brand and I might just need to build up more usage to see the numbers begin to move dramatically. The price is good. You're getting 2 bottles here which works out to a 2 month supply. It's 3 supplements in one, so it's fewer pills/bottles for you to deal with if you want to supplement with beets, grape seed extract, and CoQ10. ... show more

Qunol is one of the best known, and well respected brands for the CoQ10 antioxidant supplement. When I saw they had combined CoQ10 with Beet Root extract I knew I had to try it. Most of us do not get enough antioxidants through the food we eat, and scientific studies have found that antioxidants help prevent and possibly repair damage to our cells from free radicals. Beet root is known to help with blood pressure. It also helps your body boost its Nitric Oxide levels. I was taking beet root powder, prior to working out, and definitely noticed the bump in endurance and energy levels. But, the downside to the powder was it tasted terrible, to the point you had to chug it to get it down. With these tablets, you get the same effects, without the terrible taste. About 10-15 minutes after taking the tablets, I do get a hint of the beet taste in my mouth (I guess as the outer shell dissolves and frees the powder into my stomach) but it is very subtle and goes away when I take a drink of water. These supplements have a great group of ingredients and are from a well respected supplement supplier. So, if you are looking for all of the benefits of CoQ10 with the added boost of Beet Root (and grape seed extract as a bonus) these are a great option. Other than the mild delayed aftertaste, I have had no adverse effects from taking these supplements. ... show more

I was taking COQ10 and beet root powder separately, so this made sense to try. I like the blend, but the one thing that I noticed when opening the bottle is that there wasn't a strong beet root powder smell. The reason I mention this is because many of the beet root powder supplements I've relied on have that earthy smell - like dirt that's just been rained on. In my experience, the stronger smelling ones seem to work better. However, that doesn't make this product unacceptable to me. I trust this company and feel confidant about taking this blend. Currently, this is on sale for $27.74, which is an excellent buy! I recommend giving this a try! ... show more
