I’ve been purchasing these for a few years. I like them for their pro/prebiotics & vaginal health. At one point I got influenced to purchase a different brand. Immediately I noticed these were superior even though they are cheaper. The main reason why I switched back was the effectiveness. I had this constant itch on my butt. I got prescribed steroids and the doctor said it was likely from moisture after showering. No matter how much I dried off, nothing helped expect these pills! When I switched to the other brand, the itch came back. I immediately started taking these again! I take 2 a day. They are a normal size pill and are easy to swallow. These pills are excellent. As females, we should all know that Cranberry helps to prevent UTIs and eliminate bacteria to help maintain excellent vaginal health.
