Great value, very strong tent material. Plastic parts, however, aren't very good.

This tent is a great value for what they are asking. The material is extremely strong and durable; also heavy. There are some issues, however. The plastic portions that should make it easier to hold up the poles with the rope break very easily. It's a solution to a problem that never existed. We took
off the plastic parts, and just used the ropes which are much stronger and efficient. The center poles don't go together very tightly, and are very loose, they kind of bend. But they still work, lock together, and are strong. The tolerances are not excellent. I wouldn't fault the product for this however, the center poles do the job very effectively and I trust their sturdiness. They just need more attention. Please read the instructions, it will make life so much easier, and have a strong set of arms and hands. Putting the tent up is not easy, but when you do get it up, and it is incredibly rewarding. Now for the bad: When we received our order, we had no idea that we were missing one part of the shipment. It was only until we started practicing to put it together did we see that the parts were missing, and they were very crucial to making the tent stand. I contacted the company, and at first they wanted to blame FedEx, and say that it was out of their control. I was furious. I let them know that too. I requested replacement parts immediately or I would contact Amazon. Imagine if you sold merchandise online and said that if the order didn't get to the delivery address, and that there was nothing you could do since it was out of your control. I think anyone could understand my frustration. Well after messaging back and forth several times, they offered me a very small compensatory refund, but then they said they would only be able to send the missing parts after the end of the month.....yet, we needed the parts that week. We felt terrible. How were we going to have our event without a tent for our guests? We contacted a welder to help us out to match the poles/parts that we needed to put up the tent. The welder came through and we were back in business. Finally after almost a month, we got the missing parts that they promised. They kept their word. I'm sad that we didn't get the full shipment and that we had to contact another business for this product to work when we absolutely needed it. But on the positive side of it, the company did help get us the missing parts for our future events. If I had to buy this all over again, I would. I highly recommend their product. The tent is very strong, and it doesn't require a lot of metal tubes like other tents. It is efficient in its take down, and doesn't take too much space. It is very heavy though. Please get some strong people to put this up. A crew of at minimum 6 people, in my opinion, are required to set it up. Buy with confidence, but make sure you get at least 6 boxes when you do order. Ask for the tracking number for all shipments. Order well ahead of time, and make sure to be ready to talk to the company at any time in case something wrong does happen.

We used this tent for a wedding at our home and it worked perfectly. It took several people to put it up, but it was easy to do. It was beautiful.

The item came with wrong direction, company sent correct set was able to assemble with them. Included ropes snapped with winds less than 30 mph, purchased sturdier ones, tent remained up with winds that exceeded 30 mph. Company should provide better ropes, not strings, otherwise it’s a good tent.

You cannot beat the price for this tent. Was delivered as advertised. Easy to set up. We had 4 or 5 guys for the set up. Looks great. No problems. Nothing damaged. I’d recommend heavy duty ratchet straps to support it in case of heavy winds.

Easy to set up , looks great with it without sides . I love the extra support across the top poles ! Delivery was only issue poles were falling out of the boxes thankfully I had my son with me to help the driver take it off the truck .
